James Rollins Barker
James Rollins Barker is a former Canadian diplomat. He was concurrently High Commissioner to Mauritius, Tanzania and Zambia. He was also Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Somalia and Greece. He was also a soldier in World War II.
