Jan Hanzlík (born March 21, 1982) is a Czech professional ice hockey player.[1] He is currently playing with HC Kometa Brno of the Czech Extraliga.
He played with HC Sparta Praha in the Czech Extraliga during the 2010–11 Czech Extraliga season.[2]
