Tota Singh is an Indian politician and belongs to the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal. He is Minister for Agriculture in the present Punjab Government.[1]

Family and Education

His father's name is Babu Singh. He has done matriculation.[2]

Political career

He was elected to the Punjab Legislative Assembly in 1997 on a Akali Dal ticket from Moga.[3] He was made Minister for Education during 1997-2002.[2] He was re-elected from Moga in 2002.[4] In 2012, he successfully contested from Dharamkot.[5] Presently he is cabinet minister and holds portfolio of Agriculture.[1]
