Javier Gaspar (born 15 September 1966) is a former American male volleyball player and coach. He was part of the United States men's national volleyball team at the 1990 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship in Brazil.[1] He played with Penn State at the 1987 NCAA Men's Volleyball Tournament.
After his career he became coach of the Puerto Rico men's national volleyball team that played at the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship.
