Jay N. Shih (Chinese: 施能傑; pinyin: Shī Néngjié) is a politician in the Republic of China. He was the Minister of the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of the Executive Yuan in 2006–2008.[2][3][4]

Early life

Shih obtained his bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University and doctoral degree in public and international affairs from University of Pittsburgh in the United States.[5]
