Jean-Pierre Laflaquière

Jean-Pierre Laflaquière (born 1947) is a French civil servant who served as the High Commissioner of French Polynesia from September 2012 to August 2013. Laflaquière was appointed High Commissioner of French Polynesia on August 1, 2012.[1] He took office on September 3, 2012 and remained High Commissioner until August 23, 2013.[2] His successor was Lionel Beffre.

Laflaquière previously served as the Prefect of French Guiana from 28 August 2006 to February 2009.
