Jean Salumu (born July 26, 1990) is a Belgian professional basketball player for BC Oostende of the BLB. He also represents the Belgian national basketball team.
Professional career
Salumu started his career at the highest stage with BC Oostende in the 2009–10 season. In 2011–12 he played for the Leuven Bears. For the 2012–13 season he signed with Oostende again.[1] In January 2013 he extended his contract with 2 seasons.[2] After the season he won the Rookie of the Year/Most Promising Player award.[3]
International career
He represented Belgium at the 2015 EuroBasket where they lost to Greece in eighth finals with 75–54.[4]
