Jeff J. Boss

Jeff Boss is a former DEVGRU and Navy SEAL Team 4 member.[1] He joined the Navy after graduating from Ohio State University, and started a 13 year career in the Navy. Boss spent the first four years of his career at SEAL Team 4 [2] He was awarded four Bronze Stars with Valor during his military career.[2]

Career and education

Boss was deployed to Europe, Africa, and Iraq and was later selected to join the Naval Special Warfare Development Group where he went on six additional deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other parts of the world. Boss completed his MS in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University while in the Navy and was later selected to instruct at the Naval Special Warfare Group One where he trained West Coast SEALs in tactics prior to their deployment.

Awards and medals

Boss was awarded four Bronze Stars with Valor, two Purple Hearts, and six Combat Action ribbons during his military service.

Post-Navy career

After the Navy, Boss became an organizational adaptability consultant and executive coach. He is a founding team member of the SEAL Future Fund (non-profit), co-founder of the [http://www.Adaptability Metricadaptabilitycoach.com/adaptability-metric-free Adaptability Metric], which measures individual disposition toward change, a weekly contributor to both Forbes and Entrepreneur , speaker at the Harry Walker Agency and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Jeff Boss also holds a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.

Boss is the author of the book, Navigating Chaos: How To Find Certainty In Uncertain Situations[3] and Managing The Mental Game: How To Think More Effectively, Navigate Uncertainty, And Build Mental Fortitude
