Jennifer C. Ward

Jennifer Claudette Ward (born 29 January 1944) was United States ambassador to Niger from 25 March 1991 to 28 May 1993.[1]

Ward trained as an historian and received her BA degree from Vassar College and her MA and PhD from the University of California, Los Angeles.
