Jeremy Roberts (born 24 November 1966) in Middlesbrough, England, sometimes known as Jerry Roberts, is an English former footballer who made 38 appearances in the Football League playing as a goalkeeper for Hartlepool United,[1] Leicester City,[2] Darlington[3] and Brentford in the 1980s.[4] A former England youth international,[1] Roberts was on the books of Luton Town[5] and Gillingham without representing either in the League,[6] played in the League of Ireland for Waterford United,[7] and played non-league football for clubs including Maidenhead United[8] and Whitby Town.[9]
