Jesús Menéndez is a municipality and town in the Las Tunas Province of Cuba. It was named after the Cuban trade unionist Jesús Menéndez Larrondo.

In 2004, the municipality of Jesús Menéndez had a population of 51,002.[2] With a total area of 638 km2 (246 sq mi),[1] it has a population density of 79.9/km2 (207/sq mi).
