Jewish Hospital (Cincinnati, Ohio)
Jewish Hospital, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, was the first Jewish hospital in the United States.[1] The hospital was initially established in 1847[2] as a result of a cholera epidemic for treating the affected Jewish population of Cincinnati. Jewish Hospital has earned accolades and distinction from various health ranking services, and is a former member of the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, likewise a nationally recognized organization. [3] [4] Currently, the hospital is a part of the Mercy Health Partners network.
