Jiichiro Date (伊達 治一郎 Date Jiichiro) (born 6 January 1952) is a Japanese wrestler and Olympic champion in Freestyle wrestling.

Date competed at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal where he received a gold medal in Freestyle wrestling, the welterweight class.[1]
