Jimmy Winston (born James Edward Winston Langwith, 20 April 1945, Stratford, east London) was the original keyboard player with Small Faces[1] who rehearsed in the large function room above the Ruskin Arms, Manor Park, of which Jimmy's father Bill Langwith was the landlord. He shared success with the band for some time until Steve Marriott and the rest of the band replaced Winston with Ian McLagan after the band members refused to honour and pay back a loan from Jimmy's brother Frank before they became famous. Jimmy didn't wish to stay and remained loyal to his brother. Winston had two older brothers: Frank and Derek.

He has also acted, appearing in the 1968 stage musical Hair, and 1972 Doctor Who serial Day of the Daleks
