The Jinhua Formation (simplified Chinese: 金华组; traditional Chinese: 金華組; pinyin: Jīnhuá Zǔ) is a geological formation in Zhejiang, China, whose strata date back to the Early Cretaceous period.

Dinosaur remains are among the fossils that have been recovered from the formation.[1]
