Jo and the Boy is a 2015 Malayalam film directed by Rojin Thomas.[1][2] It stars Manju Warrier and Master Sanoop in lead roles. Music is by Rahul Subramaniam.[3] The film won two awards at 2015 Kerala State Film Awards.[4]

Plot

Joan Mary Jon (Manju Warrier) is interested in animation from childhood. Her dream is to become a well known animator and create an animation character that can interact with its fans. Many of her attempts to become successful in animation field fails, but she didn't give it up. A boy named Criz (Master Sanoop) arrives in her neighborhood. She creates an animation character from Crizs mannerisms. That animation character becomes popular worldwide. But problems start evolving in their relationship.

The film got mixed reviews from both critics and audience.[5][6] Manju Warrier did a rocking performance in the film as a youngster.
