Joakim Hagabakken (born 15 December 1978) is a retired Norwegian football defender.

Born in Hamar, he played for Vålerenga IF early in his career. He never broke through in the first team, and spent time on loan at Kjelsås. He joined SK Brann in 2001,[1] and got two Norwegian Premier League games in 2001 as a substitute.[2] In 2002 he joined Skeid on loan.[3] From 2003 he played for Ullensaker/Kisa IL. He retired in late 2005.[4]
