Joel De La Cruz (born June 9, 1989) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher in the Atlanta Braves organization.

Career

De La Cruz began the 2015 season with the Trenton Thunder of the Class AA Eastern League. The Yankees promoted him to the major leagues on April 13, 2015 to replace Kyle Davies.[1] The Yankees outrighted him off of the 40-man roster on April 18.[2] De La Cruz became a minor league free agent after the 2015 season, and signed with the Braves.[3][4] The Braves promoted De La Cruz to the major leagues on April 11, 2016.[5] He was sent outright on April 22, 2016.
