John Ampomah (born 11 July 1990 in Accra) is a Ghanaian athlete specialising in the javelin throw.[3] He won silver medals at the 2015 African Games and 2012 African Championships.
His personal best in the event is 82.94 metres set in Brazzaville in 2015. This is the current national record.
