John "Jack" Archer (10 August 1921 in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England – 29 July 1997 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire) was an English athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
He competed for Great Britain in the 1948 Summer Olympics held in London, Great Britain in the 4 × 100 metres relay where he won the silver medal with his team mates John Gregory, Alastair McCorquodale and Kenneth Jones representing Great Britain.
