John Henry Dunn (November 1887–1968) was an English professional football inside right who played in the Football League for The Wednesday.[1][2][3]

Personal life

Four months into the First World War, Dunn enlisted in the 17th (Service) Battalion of the Duke of Cambridge's Own (Middlesex Regiment) on 16 December 1914.[4] In November 1915 he was transferred to the regiment's 27th (Depot) Battalion and was released from the army in March 1916 to work in a munitions factory in Liverpool.[4]
