John Cooper James Dye (born 24 July 1942 in Gillingham, Kent) is a former English first-class cricketer. He made his debut in 1962, with Kent and played with them until 1971. The following season he moved to Northamptonshire and stayed there until his retirement in 1977. He also spent a year in South Africa with Eastern Province.
