I was taught by the man, He was the most inspirational character that I ever had the privilege of knowing,That is a fact!

John also mentored many teams in Clan Na Gael Fontenoy. He is fondly remembered by many at the club. John would cycle from Haddington Road BNS, after his day as principal, to Clan Na Gael with a bag of footballs on his back for training. He was an inspirational figure and left a great hole in the hearts of the children he mentored.
