John Fleming (painter)

John Fleming (1792-1845), a Scottish landscape painter, is best known from the series of views he painted for Swan's Lakes of Scotland, published at Glasgow in 1834. In the Glasgow Corporation Galleries is a View of Greenock, painted by him in 1827.
