John Fogarty (1848–1904) was an Australian politician. He was a member of the Queensland Parliament, 1893–1904 for the Electoral district of Drayton and Toowoomba[1] and was the mayor of Toowoomba.[2]

Fogarty died in office and is buried in Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery.[3]
