John III of Nassau-Weilburg (27 June 1441 – 15 July 1480) was a son of Count Philip II and his wife Margaret of Loon. He was married to Elisabeth "the Handsome", a daughter of Landgrave Louis I of Hesse. They had two children:
- Louis I (1473-1523)
- Elisabeth
John III died in 1480, while his father was still alive, so that he never inherited Nassau-Weilburg. In 1492, Louis I would inherit the county.
