John Jefferson Spitznogle, Jr. (February 13, 1902 – June 14, 1962) was a two-term mayor of Melbourne, Florida from 1958 to 1962.
He was born February 13, 1902 in Greene County, Pennsylvania, the son of John Jefferson Spitznogle Sr. and Clara Belle Thomas.[2][3]
He was an electrician, and operated the Spitz Electric Company in Melbourne.
Spitznogle died of a heart attack in Clarksburg, West Virginia while serving as mayor of Melbourne on June 14, 1962.
