John Rade (born August 31, 1960, in Ceres, California) was a linebacker in the NFL from 1983 to 1991. He was an 8th-round draft choice in 1983. In 1988, Rade led his team in tackles with 137 for the second straight year. He had fiur 100-plus tackle seasons in six years. Rade played for the Atlanta Falcons from 1983 to 1990, posting a career high 145 tackles in 1990.
Rade attended Boise State University.
