Jon-John Robinson (born Jonathan Hillman Robinson, April 22, 1970)[1] is an American record producer and songwriter[2] who specializes in R&B, pop and hip-hop music.

Career

Jon-John is a two-time Grammy award-winning, multi-platinum producer.[3][4][5][6] He signed his first publishing/production deal with former wife of Babyface, Tracey Edmonds.[7] He has worked with many artists from TLC [3] to Diana Ross.[8]

Jon-John formed an independent record label company called Box Car Digital,[9] which mainly focuses on digital downloads. He signed hip-hop artist K. Jackson, who was a former member of teen R&B group 3rd Storee, and actor from the television series Everybody Hates Chris.[10] BoxCar Digital released K. Jackson's first mix tape Beach House,[11] and has released K. Jackson's first single Candy Man on iTunes.[12] Jon-John has also been involved with Film and Television producing theme music for comedian Bill Bellamy and his two of his comedy shows Crazy Sexy Dirty and Ladies Night Out.
