Jon Hunter (writer)

Jon Hunter is a comedy writer for radio, television and live performances.

Career

Hunter has been writing for radio and television since 2006, when he started on BBC Radio 4's Bearded Ladies, he progressed to write for a number of shows on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 2 including Act Your Age, The Now Show, The News Quiz, Listen Against, It's Your Round, Wordaholics[1] and The Jason Byrne Show. He also wrote for the Open University 60 Second Adventures In....[2]

As well as radio, Hunter has written for television shows such as BBC Three's Delta Forever, BBC Two's Mock The Week, Channel 4's You Have Been Watching and 8 out of 10 Cats and the E4 show Interns.

He also helped write Holly Walsh's Hollycopter[3] show in 2011, which was nominated for a Foster's Best Newcomer award.[4]
