Jonathan Phillip Breeze (born 14 January 1972) was the co-owner of luxury concierge and lifestyle management company WhiteConcierge, which is based in Peterborough, UK. He was formerly CEO of Jet Republic.
In June 2007, Jonathan led a management team that partnered with Euram Bank AG, an Austrian private bank, to acquire the concierge service from Travelex. This was subsequently rebranded as WhiteConcierge. Jonathan and the management team developed a strategy to turn the company into a global concierge business.
Before acquiring a stake in WhiteConcierge, Jonathan founded and was Managing Director of JetCard, a division of Air Partner plc.
Prior to that, Jonathan joined NetJets in 2002 as a Citation XL pilot before becoming an instructor and Falcon 900 Captain, and in 2003 he was asked to set up a commercial office to manage costs.
Jonathan began his career in the Royal Air Force through an RAF Scholarship and was involved in a number of humanitarian and evacuation flights as a Hercules pilot. He was a pilot in the RAF Falcons Parachute Display team and subsequently became an instructor with the RAF Central Flying School.
In September 2008 Jonathan launched the private jet company Jet Republic. However, due to well-publicised problems in the aviation sector, the global recession, the company ceased trading on August 20, 2009,[1] although as late as two weeks prior to the collapse the company was still hiring staff, had opened a new office in London and maintained that the downturn was actually a good time to start a new fractional jet ownership company.
In November 2009, Jonathan returned to WhiteConcierge to take over as Managing Director.
Jonathan was a Downhill Ski Racer, representing the RAF at the annual Inter-Services competition.
He holds an MSc in Air Transport Management. Jonathan is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
