Jonathan William Rossiter Sinclair LVO (born 13 October 1970) is the British High Commissioner to New Zealand and Samoa, and Governor of the Pitcairn Islands. Sinclair joined the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1996 after completing a Masters in International Relations and short stints in media and tourism. He has previously served in India, the USA, and London. Between 2002 and 2004, Sinclair was also Private Secretary to the British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw.[1]
