José Ignacio Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra (born May 31, 1955 in Madrid) is a Spanish politician and Member of the European Parliament with the People's Party, Member of the Bureau of the European People's Party and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs.

He is a substitute for the Committee on Constitutional Affairs, substitute for the Delegation to the EU-Mexico Joint Parliamentary Committee.
