José Vicente Rangel Ávalos

José Vicente Rangel Ávalos is a Venezuelan politician, former mayor of Sucre Municipality in Caracas.[1] He is the son of Venezuelan former vice president José Vicente Rangel Vale and Chilean sculptor Ana Avalos.[2]
