Joséphine de La Baume (born 8 October 1984) is a French actress, singer and model.
Acting career
De La Baume has been acting since 2003.[1] In 2010 she appeared in Our Day Will Come by director Romain Gavras. She has also appeared in Johnny English Reborn, Kiss of the Damned, The Locust, and Ron Howard's Rush.
Most recently, she appeared in Abner Pastoll's Road Games (Fausse Route) [2] in which Dread Central described her as "sultry and enigmatic."[3] The film was released theatrically in the US by IFC Films.
Singtank
De La Baume is the main singer-songwriter, along with her brother in the French band Singtank. Their debut album In Wonder was met with critical success.[4]
Modeling
De La Baume is a model, most notably for Agent Provocateur.[5]
Personal life
De La Baume was born in Paris, France. Her father worked as an investment banker, theatre critic and producer, while her mother runs a foundation for youth.[6] De La Baume attended a Catholic boarding school.[6] She married the English DJ Mark Ronson on 3 September 2011.[7]
