Josef Vávra

Josef Vávra (born 17 March 1984 in Valašské Meziříčí, Czechoslovakia) is a former ice hockey forward from the Czech Republic. He was selected 246th overall by the Ottawa Senators in 2002 NHL Entry Draft. He played most of his career for HC Vsetín in the Czech Republic third-level Second National Hockey League, although he played four games for the club in Czech Extraliga. He also played for the Tri-City Americans and the Kootenay Ice of the junior-level WHL, as well as for HC Valašské Meziříčí in the Czech Republic.
