Joseph B. Willigers

Joseph B. Willigers (October 26, 1930 – September 30, 2012) was the Roman Catholic bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Jinja in Jinja, Uganda. His episcopal motto was De petra melle, (with honey from the rock) Psalm 81; 17.

Ordained to the priesthood in 1955, Willigers was named bishop in 1967 and retired in 2010.[1]
