Joseph M. Fischer (born November 14, 1954 in Covington, Kentucky) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 68[2] since January 1999.

Education

Fischer earned his BA from Holy Cross College and his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Policies

Fischer is a supporter of the Tea Party movement. He also supports increasing the statewide sales tax to 7%.[3]
