Joseph Ortiz Blanco (born August 13, 1990) is a Venezuelan professional baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent.
Ortiz made the Texas Rangers' Opening Day roster in 2013.[1] He was claimed by the Chicago Cubs on October 6, 2014, after spending most of the season on the disabled list and in the minor leagues.[2]
He was released by the Chicago Cubs on August 14, 2015.
