Joseph Toby (born June 2, 1989) [2] is a Sierra Leone-American soccer player who plays as a defender. He came from war-torn Sierra Leone to Florida at the age of 15 in 2004.[1][3]
Career
College
Toby played college soccer at the NCAA Division II level at Flagler College, majoring in Communications. He attended school there from 2008 - 2012, playing 80 games throughout his college career and racking up 25 goals and 22 assists as a midfielder.[4]
Professional
Toby previously played for Arizona United in the USL Pro.
Toby signed with Jacksonville Armada FC of the North American Soccer League on February 2, 2015.[5] He was released by Jacksonville in November 2015.[6]
