Josh Lanyon

Josh Lanyon is the pen name of a multi award-winning American writer of male/male mystery, adventure, and romance. In addition to numerous short stories, novellas, and novels, Josh is the author of the critically acclaimed Adrien English Mysteries series including The Hell You Say, winner of the 2006 USA Book News Award for Gay/Lesbian Fiction. In 2015 the series was awarded the 2nd annual Goodreads Hall of Fame Award for Favorite All-Time M/M Series. Josh is an Eppie Award winner, a four-time Lambda Literary Award finalist, and the first recipient of Goodreads Hall of Fame Award for Favorite All-Time M/M Author.

Josh's first novel, Fatal Shadows, was published in 2000 through the now defunct British publisher Gay Men's Press. Since then Josh has published with a variety of presses, both electronic and print, including Samhain Publishing, Carina Press, Loose Id, Blind Eye Books, JCP Books, MLR Press, Aspen Mountain Press, Liquid Silver Books, and Torquere Press. Josh self-publishes under JustJoshin Publishing, Inc.

Within the m/m and other genres, this author has been published under the following additional pen names: Diana Killian; Colin Dunne; Louise Harris.

Josh is married and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
