Joshua James Blanchard House is a historic home located near Warsaw, Duplin County, North Carolina. It was built about 1898, and is a two-story, frame, hipped-roof structure with a one-story gabled-roof kitchen wing. It features a one-story hipped-roof wraparound porch.[2]

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.[1]
