Judicial District of San Martín
The Judicial District of San Martín is one of the 28 Judicial Districts of the Judicial System of Peru.
The headquarters is in the city of Moyobamba and its jurisdiction extends over the entire San Martín Region and the Alto Amazonas Province of Loreto Region.
It was created by the Law Nº 9362 and was established May 2, 1942 under the presidency of Manuel Prado Ugarteche.
