"I'm doing the sequel but it's a completely different story of a simple girl-next-door who goes on to become a huge star. What happens after is the real suspense asserts Raai, adding that she will be wearing a bikini for the first time and is working hard to lose 15 kgs for the role."

 Raai Laxmi about the film[2]

"In fact, I will be seen in 96 different outfits. Also, I was asked to lose and then put on weight for this film. For the first look of the film, I had to lose 10-11 kilos and soon after, I had to gain more than what I had to lose," Raai Laxmi about her costumes and weight losing and gaining process for the film.[2]

The first look was released on 14 February 2016.[4] Raai Laxmi informed that filming was completed in six-and-a-half months and the film will be released worldwide on August 12, 2016.[2]
