Julio Reyes Copello

Not to be confused with the Mexican pop vocalist Julio Reyes, or the baseball player Edinson Vólquez who used Julio Reyes as a pseudonym

Julio Reyes Copello is a Colombian music producer, known for working with artist such as Ricky Martin. He helped produce the track "Adiós" on the album Kany García by singer-songwriter Kany García, released on July 31, 2012 by Sony BMG.[1][2] The album's first single "Que Te Vaya Mal" was nominated for Record of the Year at the 2012 Latin Grammy Awards. The album was nominated for "Best Latin Pop Album" at the 2013 Grammy Awards.[3] He has been nominated for Latin Grammy Award for Record of the Year, winning Best Engineered Album at the Latin Grammy Awards of 2013 and being nominated for Best Producer that year, among other awards. At the Latin Grammy Awards of 2014, Reyes received a nomination for Song of the Year for "Cambio de Piel" which he composed for Marc Anthony.[4] He co-composed the theme song for La heredera.

He is married to Jimena Romero.
