Jungle Jungle Baat Chali Hai

Jungle Jungle Baat Chali Hai [1] is the title song from the Hindi dubbed version of Jungle Book Shōnen Mowgli which was recreated as a video for the 2016 movie The Jungle Book.[2] The lyrics (“Jungle jungle baat chali hai, pata chala hai…chaddi pehen ke phool khila hai, phool khila hai”) [3] was written by Gulzar [4] and the music was composed by Vishal Bhardwaj.[5] The song was popular due to the Doordarshan show in the early nineties.[6] The song used to aired in Sunday mornings.[7][8] The new video was released by UTV motion pictures.[9]

Reworked version

The song was recreated as a music video for the Hollywood movie The Jungle Book (2016 film).[10] The reworked version was released 23 years after the original version was aired on Doordarshan in the nineties.[11][12]
