The monorail system used four cars, with a driver in the front car, and seats in each car, with no standing capacity. Tickets cost S$5 per adult and S$3 for children below 12 years old, allowing limited travel for one day. Each ticket was good for 1 round around the park only. For the convenience of the disabled, lifts were available at every Panorail station and the seats in the last cabin could be folded up to accommodate wheelchairs.

Closure

The Panorail ceased operations on 1 April 2012 and was replaced by tram vehicles which are identical to those at the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari. Fares for the tram ride remain the same as the Panorail but a single tram ride ticket is good for 3 rounds compared to 1 round on the monorail.[1]
