JustUsBoys (commonly referred to as JUB) is a gay pornography website with a large online community featuring a forum, a member web-blog system and an electronic monthly magazine.
JustUsBoys is a website that reviews gay porn from most major porn companies including listings from Broke Straight Boys, Pride Studios - CircleJerkBoys.com, MenOver30.com & ExtraBigDicks.com, Next Door Buddies, Randy Blue, Sean Cody, Falcon Studios, 8teen Boy, College Boy Physicals and Frat Men.
The website also includes an ‘Eye Candy’ section that allows users of the website to preview image sets from most of the porn sites that JUB reviews. On September 8, 2007 Alexa Internet had the website ranked 4011th most popular website attesting to its growing popularity.[2]
Members of JustUsBoys.com, both paying and free members, have the ability to use a personalized gallery to display pictures to other users, as well as a blogging system integrated into the online forum. Although the majority of users are from North America and Europe, membership in the forums is truly global. There are specialized sub-forums that focus on coming out, as well as other topics unique to the gay community. Although peopled mainly with gay cisgendered males, there are several very vocal female members as well as transgender members and a small number of active straight males who participate. As JustUsBoys' primary audience has grown, the so-called JUBbers have transformed and made the forums evolve into a vibrant multi-ethnic and multi-background community.
The website also has a non-pornographic offshoot site, called emptyclosets.com, designed for both under-age users and gay people of all ages to discuss various issues.[3]
Awards and Nominations
The website has won two Cybersocket Web Awards. The first was for the 5th annual awards where the site won for Best Free Adult Site.[4] The second was at the 7th annual awards where the site won the award for Best Erotic E-zine.[5]
Additionally, the website received a nomination for a 2010 XBIZ Award in the category of GLBT Company of the Year.[6]
