Justin White (born October 29, 1987) is a Canadian professional wrestler who has competed in North American and European independent promotions including the International Wrestling Syndicate and NWA Quebec Pro Wrestling. He is the youngest wrestler to win the NWA British Commonwealth Heavyweight Championship.[1][2]

Career

Born in Montreal, Quebec, White began watching the World Wrestling Federation since the age of 6 [3] and was particularly impressed by the Bret Hart vs. Mr. Perfect match at SummerSlam '91. As a teenager, and became more interested in a career in professional wrestling and began working out. When he was 16, he met Dru Onyx and started training at NWA Quebec's Torture Chamber. Onyx was impressed with his ability as was David Marquez when he later attended the Inoki Dojo in Los Angeles.[4]

He made his official debut for YAWN Ireland in which he and Stew Korvus lost to Phil Boyd & Sean Maxer Brennan [3] in Kildare Town, Ireland on May 28, 2005. He also faced and lost to his trainer Dru Onyx at a show for the Portneuf Wrestling Association in Saint-Marc-des-Carrières, Quebec on December 17. Spending early-2006 in Warpath Wrestling and the Montreal Wrestling Federation, he teamed with Ocelot Nero in a three-way tag team match with Stew Korvus & Matt Anderson and NWA Canadian Tag Team Champions The Twin Terrors (Koko and Razz Mansour) but failed to win the titles.

Training at New Japan Dojo USA in Santa Monica, California,[2] he captured the NWA British Commonwealth Championship from Alex Koslov in early July and defended the title in four countries before losing the belt to Paul Tracey in Wicklow, Ireland on August 27. During his time in Europe, White would tour Ireland and the United Kingdom with No Limit Wrestling and Celtic Wrestling.[5] White was later voted 2006 NWA Rookie of the Year.[1][4]

Returning to Canada, he teamed with Shayne Hawke and Ocelot Nero in a 6-man tag team match and beat Stew Korvus, Matt Anderson and Jason White at a MWF show in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec on September 23, 2006. In 2007, he was awarded Quebec Rookie of the Year.[1]
