Juwan Fouad Masum
Juwan Fuad Masum (born 1970) was Telecommunications Minister in the Iraqi Transitional Government.[1]
The daughter of Fuad Masum, current Iraqi president, she graduated from King's College London with a PhD in communications.[2]
